(1) The Council may grant recognition to educational institutions that study, teach and provide training in nursing, and degrees, diploma certificates or other titles related to nursing.

(2) ) Educational institutions and degrees, diplomas, certificates or degrees recognized according to sub-section (1) will be published in the Nepal Gazette. The person shall submit an application to the Council as prescribed for the recognition of such title. (4) The Council shall make a decision on the application made in accordance with sub-section (3).
